Personal information are only saved, processed and used by the openACADEMY for the purpose of making the service offers of the openACADEMY accessible to you. For registration and contractual obligation we need your contact information (name, address, telephone, fax and e-mail). Your data is only stored for the time of contractual obligation and as stipulated by applicable law. Subsequently your personal information are deleted immediately by the openACADEMY.

Measures of Precaution
The secured transmition of data the Community4you uses several encrypting systems. That means that the communication between your browser and our system is not accessible to any unauthorized outsiders. We are using the SSL-technique (Secure Socket Layer), which encrypts information like name, address and e-mail addresses.

We guarantee the confidentiality of your data and only use these information in the context of business relations between you and the Community4you. The data is not made accessible or sold to any outsider organizations!

Approval
The openACADEMY handels your data beyond the discussed extent confidentially and only with the consent of the corresponding users. A further processing of personalized data will not be realized without the user's prior agreement.

Right of access
The data stored concerning your person can be viewed anytime at the openACADEMY. As soon as your data is not needed anymore for the proper fulfillment of the contract you have the right to order the deletion of these.
